Faulty Items

  • If you receive a faulty item, we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe the item is faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

  •  For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for Tussler,  Blow it Brush,  swimwear, underwear, headbands, or bedding.

  • However, swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, in its original condition, and has all tags and protection stickers attached.Underwear must be worn when trying it on for hygiene reasons. For bedding, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or removed from their original packaging. Please carefully review the size chart provided on the product page before making your purchase to ensure you select the correct size and reduce the need for exchanges

Sale Items

  • Items marked as 'Final Sale' or on sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit unless deemed faulty.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for most items within 15 days of receiving the item. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that the desired size or colour will be available for exchange. If it is not available, we will refund you or give you a credit voucher, what ever you prefer.

  • To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the details of the exchange request.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure it reaches us safely.
